The interior size of the villa is around 300 square meters separated in two floors with an inside ladder. The villa can accommodate 10 to 12 persons in the 5 private bedrooms situated on the second floor. Two bedrooms have queen double bed, and the rest bedrooms have two single beds each that can also be double if necessary .There are three bathrooms in the villa, two very large bathrooms with two Jacuzzi, on the second floor and a third bathroom is on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a very spacious kitchen fully equipped and an extra large elegant sitting lounge with a wide 52inc screen satellite TV, DVD player music stereo. Villa Lucy is offering you all the required facilities for a luxurious stay in the most privilege location with no other houses around except a small house near by which is a part of the owner’s property, which makes it unique for those which loves privacy and quietness. In the garden of the villa there is a comfortable pool around 50 sq meters, with sun beds, palm trees, barbeque and a few sitting areas for your relaxation. The village of Episkopi has many traditional taverns, typical Cretan cafeterias and all the shopping facilities that you will need during your holidays. It is located almost in the middle of Chania – 38km and Rethymno – 17km and that makes it ideal for those who want to visit all the highlights of Crete quickly and easily. A beautiful 20km gold sand beach probably the best in the prefecture is only 2km away.
